STRATEGIC SALES PROFESSIONALS - EUROPE/M.EAST/
AFRICA
Up to £40K basic, £52K OTE + car + excellent
package. Based Reading
- As part of a small, focused sales team you will drive
forward our expansion in key territories, establishing and
developing new customer relationships within strategically
targeted accounts. Whilst you will focus on growing the INS
customer base, a key aspect of this role will be to identify
opportunities for Sema Group Telecoms' wider capabilities and to
co-ordinate the preparation of complex, large scale proposals.
- Your sales background could be in software, hardware or
networking but ideally you will have experience of selling value
added solution within the Telecoms industry. Clear evidence of
initiating, negotiating and securing high value contracts is
essential. You must demonstrate the personal presence,
communication skills and adaptability which will enable you to
build board level relationships in an international business
environment. These roles will involve significant travel and
European language skills would be a distinct advantage.
CUSTOMER PROGRAMME MANAGERS
Up to £30K + car + excellent package. Based

- As the primary interface for new customers, you will
ensure the effective implementation of INS products and services
in line with commercial and technical objectives. This will
involve responsibility for all operational, financial and
customer relationship issues.
- You should have 3-5 years' project and/or account
management experience involving the delivery of complex
software or services within the Telecoms industry. Process
and people management skills are essential, as is the
ability to gain the trust and confidence of both clients
and colleagues.

The Customer Service Technician is one of the customer's
primary contacts within Ericsson Business Networks Division in
the UK. Therefore, the role of Customer Service Technician is

responsibility for providing service and maintenance support to

DIAGNOSTIC SPECIALIST

The Diagnostic Specialist based at our Business Networks
Division Customer Support Centre, is responsible for the
remote analysis and resolution of all customer faults and
enquiries in the UK. Operating within a regional team, the
Diagnostic Specialist will liaise with and provide technical
assistance direct to our customers as well as to Customer
Service Technicians working in the field.
It is essential that a high level of ownership of all faults
is maintained by the Diagnostic Specialist and that they ensure
customers are kept informed at all times as to the progress of
their enquiry.
Expertise in remote diagnostics within a telecommunications
environment.
Expertise of Ericsson MD110 would be a distinct advantage.
Relishes working in a busy, pressurised team.
Strong customer interface skills.
Excellent PC skills.
