We are the first ever recruitment company to have won a DfEE National Training Award. We were also the winners of the 1998 Dale Carnegie Excellence in Training award.

Formed in mid 1991 with substantial private investment, the company quickly established strategic links with high growth, UK and multi-national clients in the Networking, Telecommunications and Specialist IT arenas, going from strength to strength by forming relationships based upon sheer quality of service to both Client and Candidate.

In 1996, we launched a new division to concentrate on the recruitment of sales teams and individuals into the more general market place in the UK. The application of TSA's quality of service into this sector has been very well received by both Clients and Candidates and as a result we have rapidly grown this part of the business.

Our success in the recruitment and development of graduate trainees gave birth to the Evolution programme in 1998. This programme was made available to outside clients providing them with a fast track recruitment and training scheme for recent graduates wishing to enter a sale career.

Year 2000 has brought a range of other sales and customer facing skills training products under the training4success.com banner thus allowing the company to offer a complementary range of services to our clients.

Such activities have brought recognition in a number of awards and nominations. In 1997 and 1999 we were finalists for the Lloyds TSB Black Horse business award. We won the Dale Carnegie Excellence in Training Award in 1998 and the coveted DfEE National Training Award in 1999. We have also had several finalists at the National Sales Awards in 1999 and 2000. This year saw us as the runners-up in the glitzy Thames Valley Business Awards ceremony at Wentworth.

In November 2001, we entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Human Resource Group Plc under the name of TSA Evolution Ltd.
